* We always prefer an actual waist measurement, but the following measurements leave room for growth.

Newborn-12 months: Waist measures 15"-17"..... Tutu Length is 7"

12 months-2 years: Waist measures 18" ..... Tutu length is 8"

2 years-3 years: Waist measures 19" ..... Tutu length is 10"

4 years: Waist measures 20" ..... Tutu length is 11"

5 years: Waist measures 21" ..... Tutu length is 12"

6 years: Waist measures 22" ..... Tutu length is 13"
